Ingredients:
For the Nutty Base:
- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts), finely chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup almond flour
(I make this type of base for many cheesecake and other cakes)
- For the Caramel Layer (Sugar-Free):
- 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
