These 2 ingredient Nutella croissants are so easy! Made with puff pastry (or crescent rolls) and baked or air fried, these Nutella-filled croissants are flaky, buttery, warm, gooey, chocolatey, and so delicious!

INGREDIENTS

▢2 sheets puff pastry thawed by still cold, or can of crescent rolls
▢6 tablespoons Nutella ½ tablespoon per triangle or as required
▢1 tablespoon milk (or egg wash) optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Making Nutella Croissants with Puff Pastry
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it aside.

Sprinkle flour (lightly) on a cutting board, or clean a flat surface. Spread the puff pastry sheet, and sprinkle it lightly with flour too(if required). With a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry until it is smooth and even.
Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the puff pastry into triangles (I cut mine into 6).
Place about ½ tablespoon of Nutella (more or less, depending on your preference) on the wide end of each triangle. Spread it out slightly using a spoon (optional).
Starting with the wide end of the triangle and going towards the narrow end, roll the triangle tightly into a croissant shape. Use milk to seal the edge.
