Homemade biscuits: how to make perfect shortcrust pastry

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix the flour with the butter.
  2. Then add sugar, yeast, salt and vanilla.
  3. Finally add the eggs and form a homogeneous dough.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour.
  5. Then roll out the dough, form the biscuits and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
  6. Frost with chocolate and decorate as desired
