Delicious Classic Hearty Reuben Bake

Top with half of the corned beef, half of the sauerkraut, half of the Swiss cheese, chopped dill pickles, and onion. Repeat the layers with the remaining bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.

Mix the Wet Ingredients:

In a large bowl, whisk together the Thousand Island dressing, eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined. Pour the mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.

Add Caraway Seeds (if using):

Sprinkle the top with caraway seeds if desired.

Bake the Casserole:

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot.
