Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef (lean)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat. Once done, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet or microwave for about 10 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create the sauce for the wraps.
  5. To assemble the wraps, spread a generous amount of the sauce onto each tortilla.
  6. Layer the cooked ground beef, crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and diced onion onto each tortilla.
  7. Carefully fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to form a wrap.
  8. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Once cooked, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the Bacon Cheeseburger Wraps with additional ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
