- In a mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip Free and peanut butter butter.
- Stir the mixture until the peanut butter is evenly distributed throughout the Cool Whip Free.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into each muffin cup, filling them almost to the top.
- Smooth the tops of the peanut butter mixture with the back of a spoon.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer and let the peanut butter cups freeze for at least 2 hours, or until they are firm.
- Once the peanut butter cups are frozen, remove them from the muffin tin and peel away the paper or silicone liners.
- Place the frozen peanut butter butter cups on a serving platter or plate, leaving a little space between each cup.
- Drizzle sugar-free chocolate sauce over the top of each peanut butter butter cup, creating a decorative pattern.
- Return the peanut butter cups to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to allow the chocolate sauce to set.
- Once the chocolate sauce is set, remove the peanut butter cups from the freezer and serve immediately.
