In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, soft butter and vanilla sugar. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer or food processor until they form a smooth mixture.
Add flour, eggs and baking powder to the foamy mixture. Gently mix the ingredients together until a smooth dough is formed.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared springform pan and smooth the surface.
In another mixing bowl, mix the quark, sugar, soft butter, eggs, vanilla pudding powder and lemon juice until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Pour the quark mixture evenly over the dough in the springform pan.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour. After about 25 minutes, cover the cake with baking paper to prevent the surface from browning too quickly.
After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Once the cake has cooled, carefully remove it from the springform pan.
Dust the cooled turn-around cake with powdered sugar.
Cut the cake into pieces and serve.
