A version of baklava that consists of a slightly less crust and a juicy and tasty filling with eggs, semolina, yogurt and essential nuts…
Required ingredients:
▫ 250 g of baklava noodles
▫ 4 eggs
▫ 130 g of sugar
▫ 300 g of Greek yogurt
▫ 2 dl of oil (sunflower)
▫ 100 g of wheat semolina
▫ ½ bag of Dr. Oetker baking powder
▫ 400 g of a mixture of ground and chopped
walnuts
▫ 50 g of melted butter
Agda:
▫ 650 g of sugar
▫ 3 bags Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
▫ 650 ml of water
▫ 1 lemon (cut into rings)
▫ 2-3 spoons of rose water
Making of:
Mix eggs with sugar in a suitable bowl. Mix for about 5 minutes or until the mixture lightens and becomes foamy. Add Greek yogurt and oil and mix gently. Mix semolina, baking powder and walnuts into the mixture. Mix everything well with a wire until the mixture is uniform.
