Preparation

2.

Line a baking tray (34×28) with baking paper and spread the egg white mixture on it. bake in a preheated oven at 170C if with the heaters 150C on hot air. bake for 15 min. adjust the time, the crust should start to brown slightly.

3.

take out the skin, remove the paper, prick it with a fork a few times so that the skin absorbs the milk better. Pour the milk with a ladle so that the crust is nicely soaked, a dozen ladlefuls will be enough, leave the remaining 150 ml of milk for dipping the plasma.

4.

Beat the egg yolks until frothy, add sugar and pudding powder and the other mentioned ingredients for the cream, and separate about 300 ml from the 800 ml of milk and mix it into the egg yolks. 5.

Heat 500 ml of milk in a saucepan on the stove and when it boils, add the egg yolk mixture and cook over low heat like a pudding.

6.

when the filling is cooked, cover it with transparent foil and leave it to cool.

When the filling cools down, add margarine at room temperature and mix until well combined. 7.

I get about 1.5 kg of filling and divide it into 2 parts of 750 g each.

8.

put the crust in a mold, water it, then put one part of the filling on it. Then arrange the plasma biscuit soaked in milk after the filling. put the second part of the filling on top of the plasma.

9.

finally, you can whip the vanilla cream and add chocolate crumbs. and coat the stake

10.

if you want to put a little icing on each one for decoration, then separate some of the icing for that purpose before adding the chocolate crumbs.

11.

From this quantity, I get 20 cubes 7×7 cm, so I recommend the cake for larger families or when you have some celebrations.

otherwise, reduce the amount of ingredients and make smaller ones
