Chocolate-Vanilla roll with forest fruits

Preparation

1.

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy, then add oil and milk. Beat briefly.

Add flour, bread pudding, cocoa and baking powder. Lightly beat. fine mixture. Line a large oven tray with baking paper and pour the mixture.

Bake in a heated oven at 180C for about 10-15 minutes. Check with a toothpick whether it is cooked.

Put the baked sponge cake on a damp cloth and wrap it together with paper and cool it down.

Thaw the fruit and add vanilla sugar and blackberry and blueberry jam (or other dark ones), then mix everything together. Spread the fruit on the biscuit.

4.

Whip the vanilla cream according to the instructions on the bag with 250 ml of milk. Put the cream over the fruit but not all the way and roll up the roll lightly.

Spread the rest of the cream over the roll. Pour over the chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.
