Just canned a batch of these zesty Pickled Brussels Sprouts with garlic and cayenne!

Ingredients:
2 pounds Brussels Sprouts
5 cloves garlic (1 per jar)
5 hot Cayenne peppers (dried or fresh)
5 cups vinegar
5 cups water
7 tablespoons pickling salt
Optional spices: mustard seed, peppercorns, bay leaves, dill
