Potatoes and eggs

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes

until they are half cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat the 6 eggs.
Add dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the half-cooked potatoes to the bowl with the eggs and mix well.
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
Pour the potato and egg mixture into an ovenproof dish. Cover with aluminum foil
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare a salad of ham, mushrooms, hard cheese, corn and mayonnaise.
Once the tortilla is ready, take it out of the oven and spread it out
