Fruit cake with lemon cream

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat and grease your baking tin.

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until stiff. Add the egg yolks and stir briefly.

Mix the baking powder and flour in a bowl. Gently fold the mixture into the egg mixture.

Pour the dough into your tin and bake the base for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool down.

In the meantime, mix the quark, sour cream, lemon syrup, icing sugar and cream stiffener in a bowl. Keep the cream cool until ready to use.

Cut the fruit into small pieces.

Spread the cream on the base. Decorate the cake with the fruit.

Prepare the glaze according to the instructions on the packet. Spread it over the fruit and refrigerate the cake for about 30 minutes.
