Fruit cake with lemon cream

Just looking at this cake will lift your spirits, right? With all that colorful, fresh fruit! The best thing is that you can use any fruit you like best! I’ll show you how to prepare the sponge cake and the lemon cream underneath in this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

For the sponge cake:

3 eggs
125g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
100g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda

For the cream:

250g quark
150g sour cream
50g icing sugar
60ml lemon syrup, lemon juice or limoncello
1 pack of cream stiffener

aside from that:

400g fruit of your choice, e.g. mango, blueberries, raspberries, grapes
1/2 pack of cake glaze+ ingredients for preparation
