INGREDIENTS
For the sponge cake:
3 eggs
125g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
100g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
For the cream:
250g quark
150g sour cream
50g icing sugar
60ml lemon syrup, lemon juice or limoncello
1 pack of cream stiffener
aside from that:
400g fruit of your choice, e.g. mango, blueberries, raspberries, grapes
1/2 pack of cake glaze+ ingredients for preparation
