For the sponge cake roulades:
4 eggs
150g sugar
125g flour
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
300g jam (here 150g raspberry, 150g cherry)
For the cream:
250g quark
200ml whipped cream
150g yoghurt
85g icing sugar
300g raspberries, fresh or frozen
6 sheets of gelatine
aside from that:
50g apricot jam
