For the Chicken:
1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/3 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional for a nutty flavor)
Fresh chopped parsley or sesame seeds for garnish
