Preparation:
1. It’s that easy First, preheat the oven to 180° C, grease the baking pan with oil and dust it with a little flour.
2. Then mix the flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
3. Now heat the milk and butter in a pan until the butter melts. Keep it hot.
4. NOW Take eggs in a wide bowl. Beat the eggs on high speed for 3 minutes or until thick and slightly colored.
5. Then add the sugar and beat again at medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
6. Then Next Now add the flour mixture, vanilla essence and hot milk to the egg mixture. Mix well until combined into a smooth dough.
7. Finally, pour the batter into the prepared baking pan (smaller one) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean
