Ingredients:
For the Base:
150g digestive biscuits, crushed
75g unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
250ml double cream, chilled
350g cream cheese, at room temperature
120g icing sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Topping:
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp granulated sugar
For the Cream Cheese Icing:
20g unsalted butter, softened
60g cream cheese, at room temperature
25g icing sugar
