Mezzelune with jam: the recipe for delicious biscuits

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, starch, icing sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
  2. Then add the egg yolks, ricotta and oil.
  3. Knead until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  4. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut out discs.
  5. Fill with the jam and close, sealing the edges well.
  6. Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  7. Bake at 160° for about 16/17 minutes.
  8. Decorate with plenty of icing sugar
