- In a bowl, mix the flour, starch, icing sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
- Then add the egg yolks, ricotta and oil.
- Knead until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Roll out with a rolling pin and cut out discs.
- Fill with the jam and close, sealing the edges well.
- Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake at 160° for about 16/17 minutes.
- Decorate with plenty of icing sugar
