this scrumptious Blueberry Cobbler

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon. Toss until the blueberries are evenly coated, then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or two knives until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the blueberry mixture in the baking dish.
Pour the boiling water evenly over the topping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbling around the edges.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
