Mushroom Beef

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread cooked egg noodles evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour beef mixture over the noodles.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
