The texture of this cake is so creamy that it actually looks more like pudding than cake. This creamy milk cake recipe is wonderful and the ingredients are very simple. Step by Step: Transforming Ingredients into Flavor

You will start by placing four whole eggs in a blender. If your eggs are very young, great! But if you have doubts about the quality, it’s best to crack each egg into a separate jar before putting them in the blender, to avoid the risk of ruining your recipe.

Then add a liter of whole milk, 2 cups of sugar (refined or crystal, of your choice) and three heaped tablespoons of butter or margarine. You can use regular everyday margarine, even with salt.

Now, it’s time to add these liquid ingredients to beat well for a minute or two. Remember that I am preparing a simple milk cake, but if you want, you can also add a spoonful of vanilla essence or your favorite, as well as 50 grams of grated coconut and even three or four more tablespoons of milk in powder.
