Vegan Broccoli Pizza

1 ▪︎ Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the pizza crust package or to 425°F (220°C).

2 ▪︎ Prepare the broccoli: In a small pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for about 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.

3 ▪︎ Sauté the onions and garlic: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

4 ▪︎ Assemble the pizza: Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded vegan cheese over the sauce. Then, distribute the blanched broccoli florets, sautéed onions, and garlic evenly over the cheese.

5 ▪︎ Bake the pizza: Transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
