You only need 4 ingredients, from puff pastry sticks to ham and cheese

Here’s how it works: Roll out the puff pastry first and spread half of the sour cream on one half of the dough. Spread half of the ham and cheese cubes on top. Fold the unlined side of the puff pastry over the other side.

Spread half of the dough again with the remaining sour cream and top with diced ham and grated cheese. Fold the uncoated half of the dough over the top.

Now cut the puff pastry into strips. Gently twist into a spiral and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 190° for about 20 minutes.

Another variation: these sticks are very good even if you use smoked salmon instead of ham. For this, you need about 200 g.
