Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza

Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a silicone baking mat or greasing it and sprinkling with cornmeal.
Make the White Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced roasted garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the flour and cook for an additional 1 minute until well blended. Slowly whisk in the skim milk and half and half. Mix in the black pepper. Cook the sauce for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously, until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Roll Out the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a roughly 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the Sauce: Spread the white sauce over the dough evenly, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add Toppings: Top the sauce with cooked and shredded chicken, diced red onion, and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 17 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish: Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme, dried oregano, and fresh parsley.
Serve: Cut the pizza into slices and serve immediately. Each bite is a perfect harmony of flavors and textures!
