Ingredients
- For the Meat Sauce:
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning (or more, to taste)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Your favorite spaghetti sauce (about 24 oz)
- For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Additional Ingredients:
- Spaghetti noodles (about 16 oz)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
