No-bake cookie cake is an easy and delicious recipe. It consists of layers of cookies soaked in a creamy mixture. The cookies are dipped in coffee, flavored milk, or sweet syrup to make them tender. Between the layers of cookies, spread a cream or creamy mixture made from mascarpone, cream cheese or whipped cream. One can add fresh fruit, chocolate chips, or nuts for extra flavor.
