Quick Garlic Flatbreads Recipe

Preparation:
 
Make the Dough:
In a spacious mixing bowl, blend the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Introduce the oil and water to the dry mixture. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough, adjusting with more flour if sticky or a bit of water if too dry.
Shape the Flatbreads:
Pinch small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each ball with a rolling pin to create your desired thickness, ranging from 1/8 to 1/4 inch.

Cook the Flatbreads:
Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, place a flatbread in the pan.
Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until they achieve a golden brown hue and a slight puff. Repeat the process for the remaining flatbreads.
