Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 8 mint leaves minced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon juiced
Instructions

Place cubed watermelon in a large bowl.

Add in mint and feta. Toss together gently while pouring lemon juice over watermelon.
