Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine pineapple chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and ice in a blender.
  • Blend until no large chunks remain.
  • Pour the mixture into a fancy glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
