1 large chicken (or thighs)
– 3 or 4 shallots
– 500 g button mushrooms (or -)
– 1 tbsp brown chicken or veal stock diluted in 20 cl of water
– 50 g butter
– 1 tsp tomato paste
– a little flour to brown the chicken
– olive oil
– 1 tbsp chopped parsley
– salt and pepper
– 1 tbsp chives or if You love tarragon.
