Now add a little more milk if the dough is too thick. But it should be pretty thick.
4. Now heat the pan on a medium heat, add about a teaspoon of oil at a time and fry the whole dough into pancakes one after the other.
Super important! Use very little oil and fry slowly, i.e. on a medium level, not too hot.
The pancakes taste great with maple syrup, sugar beet syrup or with fruit and quark.
