Drunkard’s Cake Recipe

For the sponge cake base:
5 eggs he
5 tbsp hot water
250g sugar​

Rum Strohrum, 80%, amount as required

For the casting:
2 packs of couverture, cake icing or chocolate,
2 tbsp rum
